○ Hardscape soft wash only (Does not include sealing or polymeric sand application, which are available for an additional cost).
○ Drainage system inspection and minor adjustments (Jetting services available at an additional cost, billed at the standard hourly rate).
○ Gutter cleaning.
○ General yard maintenance (bush trimming, light debris removal, minor plant care, mulching touch-ups, etc.).
○ Landscape bed maintenance (Weed removal, edging, raking, and tidying up existing mulch or rock beds).
○ Basic soil conditioning (Aeration using hand tools, light topdressing with soil amendments).
○ Manual debris removal (Clearing leaves, small branches, and other yard waste by hand—excludes large-scale removal requiring specialized equipment).
○ Minor grading touch-ups (Using hand tools only, no heavy machinery).
○ This maintenance service includes up to 3 hours of labor, including travel and can include any combination of the above tasks. Any additional labor or tasks beyond this limit will be billed at the standard hourly rate ($151.80 per hour), subject to prior client approval.
○ Materials, specialty tools, and equipment are not included and will be billed separately at standard rates with the following VIP discounts applied:

■ Drainage and grading materials (pipe, fittings, gravel, fabric, etc.): 10% discount.
■ Hardscape materials (pavers, polymeric sand, sealers, edging restraints, etc.): 10% discount.
■ Mulch, soil, plants, and landscape materials: 15% discount.
■ Pressure washing, chemical applications, and seasonal services (such as gutter cleaning or yard cleanup): 15% discount.
■ Any specialty equipment rental required will be billed at cost with no discount.

○ Rollover option: If the client does not use their free maintenance service, they will receive 50 bonus points toward future service discounts.

10% Discount on All Additional Services booked throughout the year.
